Random Tuesday in South Beach

Got up this morning, and thought it might be a great day to finally enjoy my pool for the first time since I moved in...It was funny when the Uber driver dropped me off on Sunday night, when I got home from my weekend away, because as he pulled up to my building, he looked at it, and as the valet guys approached the car to help with my bags, the driver said: "this is where I drop off 'the stars'..."  Haha! I said, "REALLY??? This is where I live!!"  It IS so dreamy to live in South Beach because everyone here IS so special!! HAHA!

So I got my music box and my coffee to enjoy the pool and start the day!

Then midway thru the day, I really didn't have a plan, so I text my friend, Tina, the Ausie (one of them), and her husband was leaving town today, so I convinced her to meet me at Monty's for Happy Hour, so we could catch up! THEN, we were surprised by our friend "Oscar" showing up!!
Oscar is from a prominent family in Zimbabwe, and doesn't like photos, but he always provides a lot of entertainment!!

"Oscar" took us to The Betsy, where he is friends with the owner, and we enjoyed a little conversation, and a drink that we took out onto Ocean Drive to enjoy the night and the scenery!

 So, then after visiting a bit, we all walked down to an all-time favorite spot, Mango's, for one last drink and a bit of the hot night life

Yeah! Then I knew it was time for me to get home, and get a good night's sleep, so I can start a productive work-day tomorrow!!!  So I kissed Tina and "Oscar" good night, and we all headed for our respective homes in South Beach!!
