I am definitely on the right track. Taking my health seriously, and thankfully, my blood pressure has also gotten the memo, and is lower than it has ever been.

I'm not really sure which one is helping me lose weight (Taken alone, I've heard they all can, but I like taking ALL of them(each is fulfilling a biological need that I have)...& more is better/faster...right!?) as well as lowering my blood pressure, but I am 9lbs , and a couple of inches, down now, since I've started on these products, almost 2 months ago, and I'm still be losing....feeling good....really good.
