Thankful for a Weekend with Family and Friends

4:48 AM
It has been a great Thanksgiving weekend with my sister who flew in with her family from NY, 1 of my cousins and her family and my Aunt (my dad's sister), my kids and my Dad!!
We had some amazing family dinners at starting the first night at Hakkasan in the Fontainebleu,
(pictures above). You can see me between my Aunt and my Dad, and the incredible likeness with them both!  My Mom used to say that I look more like my Aunt than her!  Then Smith and Wollinski for Thanksgiving dinner, (top picture), then lunch on Lincoln Road with my kids' Dad, my Dad and all of my 4 daughters and brother in law, sister and their kids.
It was a great opportunity for family time and shopping together! Lunch was at the Organic Tacoyo that was my oldest daughter's choice because we could make reservations and she loves the food!
Then we went home and changed, and my girlssss and I met  Tunde and Sunder in a private room for dinner at Prime 112 with my Dad, their kids and my kids.
Dad and I got to Prime 112 first early to share a martini and start the celebration at the bar...they have an awesome bar there, but you have to get there by 6:30pm to get a seat!

Then all day Saturday, Dad and I spent at Monty's South Beach, watching the game, while the rest of the family did their own thing, and he loved the cool but sunny weather and the beautiful views with boats.  Saturday night we had a birthday party of a friend to celebrate.
The party was in an elite neighborhood, which is in an area that we call "South of 5th," which means South of 5th Street.  In the above picture you can see they also had a singer singing Dean Martin songs, a favorite of the birthday boy!
Also fun, there was an artist drawing pictures (cartoons)of the guests...
However, in the above picture taken with my Dad from my friends' balcony, you can see why the property "South of Fifth" is worth a pretty penny, with the water traffic being cruise-ships passing by!!
