High Maintenance...ME?

First of all, I am always bewildered by people on the dating sites or any social media who go out of their way to message another person ANY kind of message that is anything but a positive expression to lift a person up rather than tear them down.  I am asking you...who has time for that???

A guy on one of the dating sights, found me, and after looking at my pictures, text me that he "tries" to stay away from ladies who appear to be "high maintenance."  I wish I could tell you exactly what he said, but I have no tolerance for stupidity, and I was not going to defend myself nor get into a debate with him nor be infected by his poor insight...so I immediately blocked him to avoid further discussion.

So, now why would he have gotten the impression that I was high maintenance?
Ok, now looking at my profile pics that were on the site, I get it.
I DO look high maintenance...but, funny thing is, I am actually LOW MAINTENANCE who only LOOKS like HIGH MAINTENANCE.

Yes, I take care of myself, so it takes me 20 minutes to get showered and ready to go ANYWHERE!

Whether it be a nice dinner in Brickell or Shorts and beers at the Clevelander in South Beach.

I also always keep my pictures current and within the year, and during the month even, so as not to mis-lead anyone as to how I look or what kind of shape I may be in.  I am usually told that I look better than my pictures....better than the alternative, I think!!

So, just remember, just because a woman takes care of herself, this does not always mean that she is high maintenance.  In fact, it may actually mean she is low maintenance, because she keeps it all current!!😉
