2020: Here's Why It's The Best Holiday Season Ever!!

Rise and Shine!!

My daughters gave me a photo-shoot for Christmas this year,

Thank goodness tomorrow brings forth a NEW YEAR!!

New chances...new opportunities to be the best that YOU CAN BE!!!

I don't know about you, but I'm READY!

I realize now that I haven't actually written a blog since November!

 I guess I have been working on my new real estate business...my newest passion!!

This has definitely filled a gap in my life.  Thank goodness!!!  

My 4 beautiful daughters are grown and on their own now.  Although my marriage ended 11 years ago, this was the first year that we all spent a holiday together.  I have to say that I am so blessed & grateful.  

I love my daughters, their father and his wife, and her family has become ours.

How can life now be any different after we spent 17 happy years married, with 4 children as the result?

Funny thing is that I wanted to name one of our daughters Rebecca!! I guess somewhere inside I knew we were meant to have a "Rebecca" in our family!

After the gift exchange, where I was instructed to ONLY BRING ONE GIFT, as I was moving my armful of presents, from many more than just one person, from my daughter, Tiffany's car to mine, one of the bottles of red wine fell and broke.  When the girlssss and I were visiting Saturday evening, my daughter, Alexis, told Eric that I was truly disappointed that the bottle had broken. Subsequently, when I returned the next day to say "Goodbye" to Eric, Rebecca and our daughter Alexis, Eric gifted me with another fresh bottle of red wine!!!

Wow, I was so surprised and grateful, and it just makes me realize how lucky I am to have this wonderful group of people in my life.

I still enjoy working with my brothers and sister, and our "family" of authors, advertisers & readers at

but let's face it: THERE IS A LOT OF TIME IN MY DAYSSS!!

I get up at 4am and I go to sleep around 10:30pm most every night!!  

Most of that time now I'm helping people to reach their goals and dreams through buying, selling and investing in real estate, as I have found most recently that my passion is in helping people find their dreams through health & home.  These are the two most important lessons that I've learned in 2020.

Groundbreaking FACTOID of 2020:  

Happiness depends on having your "family," health, & a comfortable happy place to live in tact.

Then too, sometimes I get up in the middle of the night, but what do you think I do? 

Usually, I will globally connect buyers and sellers to amazing real estate opportunities that I find or learn about, as in my excitement, I cannot sleep!!  

Then I will get myself a little shot of the Ultimate Elixir, and that will put me right back to sleep!!!

I will always enjoy sharing the gift of mushroom health through https://UltimateTracy.com with those who want to feel better and or look better...this is what I've found that I like, & makes me feel good.

Truth is: Life is a long one, and in order to stay happy, 

I like to change mine up a bit every once in a while!

I'm so happy that I stayed in Miami when I was considering a move out of state, at the end of the lockdown this year...after I received my real estate license.  (even tho I was now finally licensed in FL...I thought "I can pass that test again!!")

I love it here, and it turns out the move to Coral Gables to be near a terrific real estate broker was a very good one for me.  

I love where I live...I feel so much life, love, health and happiness here.  

I'm not dating much, but I have an amazing friend group here of professional like-minded/aged friends. Therefore, occasionally I still enjoy walking down to the Miracle Mile for a drink or a bite to meet them for a little laughter break in my work-day!!!

I am hoping & praying that all of our dreams come true in 2021.

(2021 will find me a little more spiritually grounded...maybe even religious!!) No promises.

It will happen for us.  

We just have to see it, and work toward our goal a little more with each day!!
