Why I Decided to Move to Coral Gables, Miami

4:11 AM
Good Morning!  Happy Monday.
So, a plan has been set in place.

After considering all of my options...which there were many!
I figure the world is my oyster...no restrictions.
(My kids are grown & on their own...I'm single, and really not dating right now.)

I love my work with THE AMERICAN CHIROPRACTOR MAGAZINE and ULTIMATETRACY.com helps me to feel fantastic with their Medicinal Mushrooms, but I was in need of MORE.
Turns out I have a lot of TIME on my hands!!!

In the end, after quickly considering a cross country move,
I decided it would be best to stay in Florida, at least for the time being,
and get started with my real estate career, after I worked so hard to get that Florida license!

A quick spontaneous trip to Tampa & St. Petersburg
left me feeling unsure that was the right place for me.
Then a brief stop in Naples, FL on my way home to see my daughters
had me wondering if I should be there again?
Surprisingly, my daughters did not think that Naples was the place for me...
even though two of my daughters live in Naples, and after they explained why...I agreed!

So once I finally made it back to Miami,
I met a girlfriend in Coral Gables, and had dinner along the Miracle Mile at Flemings.
She knew all the people around there, much like I do here in South Beach...
Then through her contacts, we scored a VIP table with a view of the Miracle Mile,
and people passing by.
For the first time, I felt that I might enjoy living there....maybe I could be happy there the same way I've been happy in South Beach, but with a few positive changes?

Then, too, I wouldn't be too far away, & I could keep & still frequently see the friends that I've made in South Beach, yet explore a different part of Miami.

So, the next morning, I got up early, got a car, and went back to Coral Gables & took 15,000 steps to walk around Coral Gables to look at the apartment homes to see if I could see myself living there.

Then the following day, I had an appointment set by my friend who works at the
Miami Beach office of Keller Williams Real Estate.
After visiting a few real estate offices in South Beach,
I had decided just a short time before that Keller Williams
had the best opportunity for me in Miami Beach.
However, shortly thereafter, I decided that maybe Miami Beach
was no longer the best place for me.
Decided it was time for another life-change.

I walked in for a scheduled meeting at Keller Williams Capital on Tuesday morning,
which is what they call the Miami Coral Gables office.
The meeting had been set up for me by that same woman that I've known on South Beach for years, who actually does the recruiting at the South Beach office.
She had kept in touch with me on Facebook throughout the real estate class I'd been taking,
and also now in my search of the perfect office for me.

Surprisingly I was greeted by the receptionist,
who had a sign next to her that displayed:
WELCOME TRACY BUSCH PATE.
Then a handsome man, who seemed to be in charge of the Coral Gables Keller Williams Capital office, named David came out to greet me, show me around and introduce me to the people in the office.
David was super affable with a good sense of humor, a family man with young kids.

I must say that I was impressed by the more mature and sophisticated caliber of people there and
the positive attitude of everyone I met.
I had learned in my search that Keller Williams is on the list of the world's
"Happiest places to work," which kept coming to mind.

Then David took me into a Team office of LUCIDO GLOBAL.
There was just one woman in there, the team leader, Monique,
and she was around my age, stature, blond, and friendly ...like me.
She instantly struck up a conversation with me.
Monique was very likable.
It was an instant connection.

Long story short, I was super impressed with Keller Williams Capital, and then this group called
Lucido Global, I learned was the largest luxury expansion team within Keller Williams.
Monique took some time and shared with me about all of the support that
they can provide to all of my friends and contacts all over the world!
I started to realize that this was the real estate home that I'd been looking for!!
I wondered how lucky I could've been to find this group at this time in my life.
I decided to join Lucido Global.

I could see that there is a whole team with a lot of support to help me
get the kind of exposure that I  want for my clients who want to buy and/or sell
residential or commercial real estate &/or investments.

Subsequently, I found the perfect first apartment home for me with a view of the pool
in a building with the name "Milagro," which in Spanish means: "Miracle,"
just a short walk away from the Miracle Mile.
This is such an exciting time in my life & I look forward to helping others, like myself,
make a positive change in their lives, so that 2020 can lead to a more prosperous 2021 and beyond.
