Happy 1st of July...the strangest thing my visitor ever requested before leaving my house.

6:04 AM
Good Morning!!
Well, it is the 1st of July already!!  My birthday month, and while I don't expect the celebration day to be as monumental as last year's 50th celebration,
I am finding myself at the best place in my life.
My daughters are all happy and doing very well on their own.
Who can ask for anything more than that!?
My Dad and brothers and sisters are very happy, and doing well.
My dating life, while still on-going, has me meeting some very interesting and good men.
My professional life as Associate Publisher of
THE AMERICAN CHIROPRACTOR MAGAZINE,
in a business with my brothers and sister, founded by my father 41 years ago,
is rewarding, and
beneficial for the health of people daily.

In fact, although I like to write a blog monthly, I also only like to write a blog when I feel emotional about it's content, and I haven't felt driven to write anything in over a month!  Status quo has just remained at happiness!

I've been Fasting...doing my own fast this time, with broth soups bought from Whole Foods...decided that I didn't need to invest in any of those expensive kits now that I know that I can do an Intermittent Fast for 5 days, and it is a good
re-start for my health on a cellular level.

Also, babysitting for my daughter's cat, while she and her boyfriend went away for the weekend, AND planning to move!!
So excited!
Just down the street, but to a better view, quieter, lower rent and nicer landlord!!

This view is my current apartment.  My new apartment is pretty well furnished.  However, I needed a mattress.  I was ready to spare no expense.  Sleep is a very important thing to me, especially due to some injuries that I have.  So, I put a message on facebook, which prompted a vendor that I've met in Chiropractic to contact me, and remind me of his mattress.  After, doing research on the iSleep mattress, I decided THAT was the one that I wanted.  Thankfully, Lynn Larson, the President of iSleep, made it quite affordable for me, also wanting to start an advertising campaign with
THE AMERICAN CHIROPRACTOR MAGAZINE!!  isleep.com

Anyway, all is good!  The following story is actually one I put on:  www.facebook.com/BeingTracy/  when I didn't have much time to blog last week.
It SO cracked me up that I am sharing it here again in case you missed it!?

I had a visitor last Monday night. It was someone I met long ago, when I lived in Panama.
We had common friends. Only met him once, but we have kept in touch on Facebook.
I was doing my Fast, so not going out and eating nor drinking, but he did not mind...just wanted to take the hour long drive, and visit, after many years since we'd seen each other.
I told him to bring his bathing suit, so we went down to the pool downstairs and also did the Jacuzzi, and then we came back up to my balcony and visited drinking tea. When it was time for him to leave, he asked for something he could take. I asked him what did he mean? He said, “You know, just like something I can take with me from here.” It started sounding like he wanted a souvenir or something?
So, with my house full of boxes, as I’m packing to move, and looking around for what I could offer him, I offered him the latest issue of THE AMERICAN CHIROPRACTOR MAGAZINE
and the
CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT.
He excitedly said “yes!”...and that would give him something to read at home, which surprised me a little because he is not a chiropractor, but I had to agree.  It is good reading even for the layperson.
However, what is striking me since then, is the memory that he also asked for a pen!! Not because he needed to write, but it just seemed like he wanted to take something more home from my house!!!😂😂. I told him “No, Pens are at a premium!”  (I drew the line there)
But now that I’m packing to move, I’m finding SO many pens,
and
feeling bad that I didn’t give him one!!!
HAPPY MONDAY and the 1st of July!
I am excited for a GREAT month, FULL of changes, and hopeful this blog finds you in a similar state of HAPPINESS and GRATITUDE.
